ABSTRACT This project is an attempt at providing an insight to the Impact of Training on Employee Performance, especially on staff of Nigeria Bottling Company 9th Mile, Enugu Depot, and problems preventing its implementation. Indeed, training has a number of impact on performance, ranging from increase in productivity, increase in motivation, increase in profit, minimize cost attributed to ignorance and mediocrity, improved morale, increase leadership potentials and reduced rate of staff turnover. The content of this project is a contribution positively to the uplifting of the above which can never be over emphasized. It is a laudable venture that can enhance the productivities of any organization if considerate attention is given to it.
