ABSTRACT

It is an established fact that, if an organization productivity is not properly perused and safeguarded such organization will be exposed to looting and vandalization. The main concern of this study, ‘Analysis of factors responsible for low productivity of Nigerian workers in Abuja Electricity Distribution Company.

The primary motive of conducting this research work is to detect the factors that are responsible for low productivity of Nigerian workers in Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, to highlight and identify various forms of factors, the causes, likely consequences and danger associated with low productivity of workers.

The data collected were analyzed using simple percentage and the analysis revealed alternative hypothesis (H0) has the highest degree of respondents and it also recommend that the government should involve among others system and procedure that will increase the productivity of Nigeria workers in Abuja Electricity Distribution Company.

The study of this research work reveals various ways by which factors that are responsible for low productivity can prevented and controlled in Abuja Electricity Distribution Company.
