ABSTRACT

The work examines the Impact of Training and Development on the Productivity Of the Banking Sector Using Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. as a case study. Data were obtained by use of questionnaire and some existing literature.

It has been analyzed by use of percentage and the finding revealed that training and development have impact on the productivity of workers in the banking sector. Thus, it is recommended that all bank should invest heavily on the training and development of its workers.
