ABSTRACT

Stock in an organization is very important because it helps in all business and proper oriented organization the inflow of materials in store house are given cutleries monitor especially in business management by external bodies.

The objective of purchasing is to buy materials and serves of the right quality. Right quality at the right time, which there is need for proper stock control. Research methodology is used for the purpose of study in order to be able to obtain the data required for objective of this research work and have treated in order of their importance so that  the research can arrive at a stage of find conclusion that will reveal the interest of the research.

Also, test of hypothesis were used in order to arrive at a decision rule, so as to eliminate the issue of wrong decision making from the element of data presented and analysis for the purpose of the research work, and the questionnaire designed to the respondents were further used properly to come out with something better for the study.
