ABSTRACT
This research work “Impact of Maintenance Culture on the efficiency of organization is aimed primarily of helping management of any organization to attain greater maintenance of machineries and to evaluate the importance and effect of maintenance on organization efficiency and performance. Information was received from primary and secondary sources and data were collected using questionnaire, personal interview and observation.
Random sampling technique were used in get the sample size and questionnaire retrieved successfully were presented in a tabular form and analyzed using percentage. Chi-square method was used to test the hypothesis on which conclusion were drawn.
The major finding of the study is that attaining and maintaining a high standard of machine and equipment maintenance in Winner Transportation Company.
