ABSTRACT

The study assessed the impact of organizational structure in management effectiveness in Nigeria with a particular reference to Kogi State Transport Company (KSTC) the major objective is to analyze the existing practice of the organizational structure to ascertain the management control method adopted by the company and to identify the problems of managing the organization staff drawn by random sampling questionnaire were administered among the staff, the study showed the proper management enhance organization profit which also helps the staff.
